Ah, the letter T! There are all kinds of fun activities to help your child learn this letter.

Do you have any ideas for teaching the letter T?

It's "T week" at the preschool. Just stopping by to see what kind of ideas you had. Today we worked on our turtles and tomorrow we're gluing toothpicks to paper and writing "T is for toothpick" on the paper. We made some great sunflowers last week. I should take a picture and email it to you.

Hi, Karen! Thanks for leaving a comment. It gets kinda lonely here at times. I need to work on making this more interactive, I guess. Anyway, I love your ideas! I hope you found some useful ones here, too. And, hey, you got your name to be a link - I was surprised at how easy that is!

We're doing T in kindergarten and the kids have LOVED making Twizzler Ts. We used the pull and peel kind and glued them on black construction paper to make a capital and lowercase T. (You have to cut strings to make the cross pieces) It only takes two strings out of each rope and the kids got to eat the rest!
